Michael is the former Chef/Owner of the Fusion Grille in Harford County and current chef/owner of Alchemy Elements in Bel Air. He studied at the Academy of Culinary Arts in Atlantic City and holds a Culinary Masterworks Certification. Michael has worked as a Corporate and Executive Chef for hotels, restaurants & resorts for over 38 years.
Owner Debi Bell-Matassa is Alchemy Elements' Sommelier and Pastry Chef. Debi studied at the Culinary Institute of America in Napa Valley and is a member of the Society of Wine Educators. She holds a Sommelier Certification through the Associazione Italiana Sommelier. Debi was also owner of the popular Fusion Grille in Fallston.
Jeremy currently works as Alchemy Elements' sous chef. He found his passion for cooking at an early age. Spending time in the kitchen with his grandmother, Jeremy quickly fell in love with low country, farm to table cooking. He has spent the last 15 years honing his craft under some of the best chefs in the Baltimore area. Jeremy is a modern chef who truly believes in locally sourcing the freshest seasonal ingredients that Mother Nature provides us and using his creativity to produce amazing dishes.

Trinity Fisher works as Alchemy Elements' Executive Chef de Cuisine. He studied at Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts in Portland, Oregon where he earned his Associate’s Degree. He is classically French trained & has been honing his culinary skills in the restaurant industry for over 10 years.
